SEO / SEM Position (Optimiser or Marketer for search engines) Specialist Department of Web Marketing

Skills required for this role:

  • Knowledge of the main criteria of website optimisation and inclusion of content optimisation to ensure maximum visibility in search engines;

  • Ability to analyse a website for both technical and non-technical aspects (eg usability, etc.);

  • Ability to design and create online marketing and advertising campaigns on Google AdWords and other major PPC networks;

  • SMM: Creation and management of high impact content for large social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, Google+ etc.);

  • Affiliate marketing: development and management of partnerships with affiliates;

  • Web analysis: monitor and manage the budget of online marketing, analyse results and create reports (knowledge of Google Analytics is required);

Skills and experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the IT and Web Marketing field;

  • Knowledge of market trends, various tools and changes taking place in online marketing;

  • Basic knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, Flash, etc. Knowledge of English and Italian (both written and oral);

  • Good writing skills for content (e.g. ads and press releases, etc.);

  • Ability to understand business objectives, plan and implement activities to achieve results;

  • Ability to work in groups.

Programmer Analyst Position
IT Department

Skills required for this role:

  • Good knowledge of at least one programming language;

  • Good knowledge of SQL.

The following skills are considered an advantage:

  • Knowledge of programming languages: PHP, Python and Javascript;

  • Database: Postgresql and MySQL;

  • Knowledge of XML (advantageous in solving issues related to AJAX and XML-RPC);

This position is particularly aimed at junior programmers with few years of experience.

Marketing Assistant Position
Commercial Department

Responsibilities – in charge of the following activities:

  • Creation of e-mail campaigns;

  • Creation of newsletters;

  • Management of the CMS (system home page);

  • Evaluation of the results of a marketing campaign;

  • Help write reports and data analysis;

  • Write online content;

  • Communicate with customers;

  • Assist/conduct the execution and evaluation of marketing campaigns;

  • Produce monthly reports on marketing activities;

  • Update online content;

  • Follow and manage the development of digital media and its activity;

  • Create content for events and sales initiatives.

Profile - Skills required for this role:

  • Fluent in English (written and oral);

  • Good knowledge of another language is an advantage (Spanish, Portuguese, Russian);

  • Inclusion of hotel contracts (types of rooms and categories, rates, checkout dates etc.);;

  • Insertion and updating of descriptions and images of accommodation facilities;

  • Management of special promotions provided by accommodation facilities;

  • Analysis of prices and competitive thinking of competitors;

  • Teaching how to use extranets to the accommodation facilities;
